These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and Vamos88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://vamos88.lat and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, lottery products, and any other gaming or wagering activities offered through the Platform.

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a User's Account pursuant to a specific promotion, subject to individual wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a User must wager before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before a User's first withdrawal is processed.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia and the default currency of all Account transactions on the Platform.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, wagering, and ancillary services offered by Vamos88, including slots, live casino, sports betting, and any other products accessible through the Platform.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or has been self-excluded or otherwise barred from using the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account with Vamos88, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Vamos88 does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in their local jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, or any other legal entities are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by Vamos88 due to breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or third-party exclusion instruction applicable to the Platform.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or registering a duplicate account under a different identity.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if any changes occur.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Vamos88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify Vamos88 customer support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

Vamos88 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing Account at its discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3 have not been met, or where providing services to a particular user would expose the Platform to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

All Account transactions — including deposits, withdrawals, and in-Platform wagers — are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Vamos88 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian users:

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding standard thresholds or where the source of funds is unclear. All withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed if they trigger automated fraud or anti-money laundering screening protocols.

You may only withdraw funds using the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our Finance team. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and unauthorized fund movements.

Vamos88 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard MYR transactions. However, third-party processing fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control and remain your responsibility.

Vamos88 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.

Vamos88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards to eligible registered users. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered users aged 21 and above who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are 20x the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Refer to individual promotion pages for contribution breakdowns.
• Vamos88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Users who have already accepted a bonus offer and are mid-way through satisfying wagering requirements will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.
• Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to coordinated multi-account wagering, bonus hunting, or arbitrage strategies — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Birthday Bonus eligibility is subject to VIP tier status at the time of the user's birthday. Tiers are: Bronze (MYR 188), Silver (MYR 388), Gold (MYR 888), and VIP (MYR 2,688). Bonus figures are illustrative and subject to change.
• Referral bonuses (MYR 38 per qualifying referral) are credited only once the referred user has registered a new account, completed KYC, and made a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

By placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Vamos88 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets unless an obvious pricing error has occurred on our side.
• Vamos88 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, on an event or market that was incorrectly configured, or where the outcome was known at the time of placement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by game type, market, user Account status, and time of day. Vamos88 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical failure — including disconnection, server error, or game interruption — Vamos88 will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the outcome fairly based on game logs. Vamos88's determination in such matters is final.
• Odds and lines on sports betting markets are subject to change up until the event commences. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time of placement.
• Live in-play bets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other sports markets are accepted subject to availability. Vamos88 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Game outcomes for all casino products (slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, etc.) are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer protocols. Vamos88 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Vamos88 platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or using an Account registered under another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform or in any games for financial gain.
• Colluding with other users in games where such collusion confers an unfair advantage, including live poker or card games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, collect data, or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using a VPN, proxy service, or other means to mask your true location.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including multi-accounting to claim the same offer multiple times, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee outcomes while satisfying wagering requirements.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform's codebase, software, or proprietary content.

Vamos88 is committed to operating in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. As part of this commitment, all users are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

The standard KYC documentation requirements are as follows:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Malaysian MyKad (front and back), passport (photo page), or other government-issued photo identification. The document must be current, unaltered, and clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
• Proof of Payment Method: For withdrawals above certain thresholds, you may be asked to provide a screenshot or confirmation of the registered e-wallet or bank account to which funds are being sent.

All content, materials, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and other intellectual property accessible through the Vamos88 platform are the exclusive property of Vamos88 or its licensed third-party providers, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorised use of Vamos88's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account licence and may expose you to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vamos88 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or information;
• Interruption of service due to technical failure, server downtime, or maintenance;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to keep credentials secure;
• Losses arising from changes to odds, game outcomes, or market availability;
• Any act or omission of a third-party payment provider (including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow, or FPX).

In all cases, Vamos88's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Vamos88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Use of the Platform by a Prohibited User (underage, self-excluded, or in a prohibited jurisdiction);
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal requests initiated by the User against Vamos88;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward Platform staff or other users.

Upon termination for cause, Vamos88 may withhold any remaining Account Balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any legitimately earned real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

Vamos88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to Account eligibility requirements, withdrawal procedures, or bonus conditions — we will provide registered users with at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

For non-material updates (such as clarifications to existing wording, formatting changes, or minor operational adjustments), changes may take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between a User and Vamos88 arising from use of the Platform or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through Vamos88's internal dispute resolution process. Users may raise a formal complaint by contacting our customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint including Account information, the nature of the dispute, and supporting evidence.

Vamos88 aims to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally to the User's satisfaction within thirty (30) days, the User may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming dispute resolution body associated with our operating licence.

Nothing in this Clause shall prevent Vamos88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court in connection with the protection of its intellectual property, trade secrets, or confidential information.
